The whole family joined in making a gingerbread house for Christmas. This is the first one I have ever attempted, don't get too excited, I did not make it from scratch, I bought a kit and put it together, then we all decorated it. We had lots of fun, especially Katy, she was really into it and worked hard on the decorations! She did a GREAT job. We added a cross to remind us of Jesus and the true meaning of Christmas. Katy was very intent on making the "walk path" to the house, then we used lots of other random candies for the rest of the decorations, needless to say, we ate a few items as well. It was a lot of fun, and a good time spent with the kids! After all, that is what it is all about!!
